Use this guide to setup the weekly activity report for a website that will be on Managed Hosting with OCG. Websites on Managed Hosting are hosted on WPMU DEV. Refer to Website Managed Hosting Go Live Steps for complete instructions on taking a website live for Managed Hosting.
- Setup the Weekly Activity Report
- Click on the Reports icon on the website dashboard under the WMPU DEV dashboard
- Click on the Create Report button
- Enter the name of the Report. Use “Weekly Activity Report”
- Select the detailed report type under Report type
- Select Continue
- Verify the following services will be reported on:
- Updates
- Security
- Performance
- Uptime
- SEO
- Broken Link Checker
- Backlinks
- Backups
- Fix any issues above before continuing
- Press the continue button
- Press the continue button on the Cover pages view
- Change Sender Name to be: Website Reports
- Change the Reply To email to be: websitereports@ocgcreative.com
- Set the Schedule for this report:
- Enable the schedule option
- How Often: Weekly
- Day: Monday
- Time: 8:00 AM
- Click the Save button
- Change the Recipients email to be: websitereports@ocgcreative.com
- Click the Generate button
